What is the Silver Suite Summit 2026?
The Silver Suite Summit is an opportunity for leaders and professionals from across seniors care and healthcare to come together for an engaging day of learning, collaboration, networking and new ideas. This year's Summit is especially meaningful as we celebrate the 10th Anniversary of Silver Fox Pharmacy with a special Hollywood Glam evening celebration.
Who should attend?
The Summit is designed for leaders, operators and professionals working across Long-Term Care, Retirement Living, Transitional Care, seniors care, community healthcare and related healthcare sectors, as well as our valued industry and community partners.
What should I wear?
Summit: Hollywood-inspired attire is encouraged but not required. Business or business-casual attire. Evening Celebration: It's time for a little Hollywood Glam! Guests are encouraged to dress for the occasion — cocktail attire, suits, dresses or anything that adds a touch of red-carpet style.
Should I dress in layers?
Yes, we recommend dressing in layers for your comfort. As the Summit is being held in a large event hall, temperatures can vary throughout the day depending on the number of guests, activity in the space and venue climate control. A light sweater, jacket or wrap is a great idea so you can easily adjust and stay comfortable throughout the Summit and evening celebration.
Do I need to attend both the Summit and evening celebration?
Please refer to your registration or invitation for the events included with your registration. If you are unsure, contact the Silver Suite Summit Team and we will be happy to assist.
What time should I arrive?
We recommend arriving early enough to complete check-in, receive your event materials and enjoy some time connecting with fellow attendees before the program begins. Please refer to the Agenda for specific registration and program times.
Will food and beverages be provided?
Yes. Food and refreshments will be provided throughout the event, with cocktails, hors d'oeuvres and dinner as part of the evening celebration.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate dietary restrictions identified during registration. Please provide your requirements in advance so that appropriate arrangements can be made.
What should I bring?
Bring your enthusiasm, questions, and plenty of business cards! The Summit is designed to encourage conversation, networking and collaboration.
Will there be exhibitors?
Yes. Our exhibitor area will feature organizations and partners showcasing products, services, technologies and solutions relevant to healthcare and seniors care. We encourage delegates to spend time meeting our exhibitors and discovering what's new.
Will there be opportunities to network?
Absolutely. Networking is an important part of the Silver Suite Summit. The program includes opportunities to connect with fellow delegates, speakers, exhibitors, industry partners and members of the Silver Suite team throughout the day and evening.
Can I share photos from the Summit on social media?
Yes! We encourage guests to capture and share their Summit experience. Please be respectful of other attendees when taking photographs or videos. Event photography and videography may also take place throughout the Summit and anniversary celebration.
Can I transfer my registration to someone else?
If you are unable to attend and would like another member of your organization to attend in your place, please contact the Silver Suite Summit Team in advance so we can update the registration details.
What if I need to cancel?
Please contact the Silver Suite Summit Team as soon as possible if your plans change. Late cancellations may result in a $50 cancellation fee.
